This project will be delivered by an experienced project team, seeking to transform a deteriorating site into a vision, designed to meet the needs of the local community, as understood through the community engagement process.

Engagement
Process
Stakeholder meetings & focus groups will be held to inform the design principles, review the planning framework, and guide the planning for the site.
Design workshops will then be held, where some preliminary concepts will be presented for feedback.
These engagements will be used to review the planning framework and inform the development of designs that will then be submitted to decision making authorities and released for public comment in subsequent months.
If any development of the site is approved this would not commence until well into 2023.
Stakeholders and Community are engaged in a variety of ways to provide valuable insight and direction.
After listening to the community and stakeholders a design concept will be created for the site.
Stakeholders and Community will be able to view and comment on the initial concepts for the design.
The development application will be lodged in late 2021. If any development of the site is approved this would likely commence in mid-late 2023.
